Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. The service

InstantHuddle gives you a permanent shared room — a Huddle — per client: chat, voice/video calls, screen share and file sharing in the browser. These terms are an agreement between you and InstantHuddle ("we", "us") and apply whenever you use instanthuddle.com or app.instanthuddle.com. If you use InstantHuddle on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for that company.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address — we verify it with a magic link or one-time code instead of a password. Keep access to your email account secure; anything done through your verified email is treated as done by you. Guests you invite into a Huddle join under these same terms.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Free is $0. Pro is $9/month. Team is $99/month for up to 15 people sharing a client list. Plan limits (call length, cameras, storage and team features) are described on the pricing page and may evolve as the product does — we'll give notice before any change that reduces what your paid plan includes.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in one click; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't charge again after that. Amounts already billed for a started period aren't refunded unless the law where you live says otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your content

Messages, files and call content you share in a Huddle stay yours. You give us only the license we need to operate the service — storing, transmitting and displaying your content to the members of the Huddle it belongs to. We never train AI models on your content. You can export a Huddle's history and files anytime, on any plan, cancelled or not.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use InstantHuddle to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam (including via the new@instanthuddle.net email flow), or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep InstantHuddle up, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll notify you by email or in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use InstantHuddle after that means you accept the updated terms.
